By accessing or playing AbujaLive (accessible at https://abujalife.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Virtual Economy & "Game Naira" Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING IN-GAME CURRENCY:

  • All references to "₦", "Game Naira", or "Naira" in AbujaLive represent strictly virtual in-game points designed for simulation and entertainment purposes.
  • Game Naira holds ZERO real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for legal tender, cryptocurrencies, or real goods, and is never redeemable for actual cash.
  • AbujaLive does not solicit, require, or accept real money payments, deposits, or wagers to acquire Game Naira. Starting grants, career shift wages, and mission rewards are generated programmatically within the simulation.

3. Resident Accounts & Conduct

When creating a resident profile in AbujaLive, you agree to:

  • Provide a respectful username between 2 and 24 characters without offensive, harassing, or defamatory language.
  • Not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or script automated bots to overwhelm the public server endpoints.
  • Use the platform solely for lawful recreation and educational exploration of Abuja’s urban landscape.

4. Intellectual Property

The original software architecture, 3D low-poly models, custom Three.js rendering pipelines, and visual branding of AbujaLive are the proprietary intellectual property of the AbujaLive project. Landmarks such as the Abuja City Gate and National Mosque are stylized artistic homages to public civic monuments of Nigeria.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on AbujaLive’s website are provided on an 'as is' basis. AbujaLive makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
